It all started with our Founder, Dave Blake, chasing a passion and solving pain points he had as a global customer success leader. Dave was an early customer success leader pioneering best practices, thought leadership, and solutions while managing his global team of customer success professionals. In doing so, he had to cobble together various solutions, spreadsheets, and custom dashboards to execute his strategy. This effort was costly, inefficient, and not very effective.
Confident that there was a better way, Dave set out to build a solution he wished he had as a customer success leader, and ClientSuccess was born. With his first-hand experience along the entire customer success career ladder—from front-line CSM to customer success executive—Dave was able to infuse his passion, knowledge, and experience to be the first solution in the space "built for customer success professionals, by customer success professionals."
