How much does ClientSuccess cost?
ClientSuccess pricing is based on the number of customer success managers using the platform and the modules you need. We don't publish public pricing because each plan is scoped to your team size, contract length, and required integrations. Talk to sales for a quote — most teams get pricing back within 24 hours.
Is there a free trial or free plan?
ClientSuccess does not offer a self-serve free trial, because customer success software requires data integrations and a guided setup to deliver value. We do offer a personalized demo and proof-of-concept process so you can validate the platform with your own data before committing.
What's included in the base plan?
Every ClientSuccess plan includes the core customer success platform: customer health scoring, journey management, NPS surveys, renewal forecasting, playbook automation, and integrations with your CRM. Add-ons include Meeting Intelligence, Automation & AI, and Customer Onboarding Portals.
How is ClientSuccess priced compared to other customer success platforms?
ClientSuccess is typically 30-50% less expensive than enterprise customer success platforms like Gainsight while offering comparable feature depth. We're priced for SaaS companies between $5M and $500M ARR — not just Fortune 500.
Do you offer discounts for annual contracts?
Yes. ClientSuccess offers significant discounts for annual contracts (typically 15-20% off month-to-month rates) and additional discounts for multi-year commitments. Talk to sales for current rates.
How long does implementation take?
Most ClientSuccess customers are fully implemented within 4-6 weeks. This includes CRM integration, customer data migration, health score configuration, and CSM training. Larger enterprise deployments take 8-12 weeks.
Is there a setup fee?
No. ClientSuccess does not charge setup fees or implementation fees. The price you see is the price you pay, including onboarding, training, and ongoing customer success support.
Can I bring my own contract terms?
Yes. ClientSuccess accepts customer MSAs for contracts above a certain ARR threshold, and we offer a standard GDPR-compliant Data Processing Amendment for European customers. Enterprise contracts can be customized.
