How the Success Stack Bracket Works
We’re on a mission to uncover the most essential Customer Success technologies—beyond your CSP and CRM—and we need your help to get started!
To kick things off, we’re casting a wide net to solicit nominations from the entire CS community. Here’s how the process works:
🔹 Think about the CS tech you can’t live without. Whether it’s for analytics, automation, AI, or engagement—what tools are critical to your team’s success?
🔹 Submit up to 4 technologies you use in your CS tech stack—your “FAB 4” CS Tech.
🔹 What’s allowed? Any tech EXCEPT your Customer Success Platform (CSP) or CRM (i.e., no ClientSuccess, Gainsight, ChurnZero, PlanHat, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
🔹 Deadline: March 2nd – Don’t miss your chance to influence the bracket!

✅ These 32 tools will be placed into a bracket-style competition—just like a sports tournament!
✅ The bracket will be revealed on March 3rd, and then the real competition begins!
🔥 Starting March 4, the 32 selected technologies will compete head-to-head in weekly voting rounds.
🏆 Each Friday, the winners will be announced, advancing to the next round:
• Week 1 (March 4 – 8): Round of 32 → Sweet 16 announced on March 8
• Week 2 (March 11 – 15): Round of 16 → Elite 8 announced on March 15
• Week 3 (March 18 – 22): Quarterfinals → Final 4 announced on March 22
• Week 4 (March 25 – 29): Semifinals → Top 2 Finalists announced on March 29
• Week 5 (April 1 – 4): Championship Round → Winner announced on April 4! 🎉
